So which country is the happiest in the world?
For almost 5 years now, researchers have surveyed thousands of people from 155 different countries to find out how happy the people are. Kuwait interestingly, came 23rd on the list and was the second Arab country on the list after the United Arab Emirates.
Just so you know, I'm happy with my life as it is. I don't need a number telling me how happy I am, or my country for that matter.
ReplyDeleteHaving said that, based on what we have here in Kuwait, alhamdulla, we should be #1 in terms of happiness :D:D:D. What is it in the other countries that we don't have, or the government doesn't provide.

7noOn darling.. it's not the way it is.. u are seeing that from one side, we have poor people in kuw, we have lots of people suffering from different issues and no one knows about them.

Alhamdulila for every thing our god gave us whether it is a good or bad thing.
ReplyDeleteIn every country you will find people living a luxurious and poor life ,but the life in some countries is more comfortable and merciful than other suffering countries"Allah help these countries".This is our god's will.
Whether you are living a luxurious or poor life always remember that in each human's destiny happy and sad moments are written.Each moment tests your faith on Allah and patience:).Happiness is measured by how you live these contrdictive situations in the way that satisfy your god then your soul:)
That's all true guys but we also have to remember the ungrateful ones. Even though the Kuwaiti government helps and provides almost everything for their citizens including education and health care, some people think that it is not enough and still complain.

ReplyDeleteYou are right Bumble_bee. What I'm trying to say is if that's one side, then it should be more than enough to be satisfied, therefore, happy. I know we have less fortunate peopLe, as well as other countries with larger population than our own, but still managed to be happier. To me, being rich is not how much money you have, it's when you're satisfied with what you have and actually thank Allah for it.
ReplyDeleteTrue Mr. Farran although some people have what is sufficent to live even more than sufficient, it is still little to them.This is the nature of human being. Whatever you give him, he always will be greedy and seek to get more and more whether it is a material or spiritual thing.
